Firefox 10 is now available
With Mozilla keeping to their 6 week release cycle the next major release is now available in its final form. Much like Firefox 9 the list of features looks scarce with the first being “the forward button is now hidden until you navigate back”. When the feature list starts with that, you know nothing major has really been added.
Other notable features/bug fixes include:
- CSS3 3D-Transforms are now supported.
- Most add-ons are now compatible with new versions of Firefox by default.
- Full Screen APIs allow you to build a web application that runs full screen.
- Inspect tool with content highlighting, includes new CSS Style Inspector.
The full list can be seen here, although there isn’t really a lot else to see. Unless you work in the web design industry, as I do, then there will be very little of interest to you on the list. While it’s not available from the Mozilla website until tomorrow you can still download it for PC and MAC.

Not to mention that the thing about hiding the forward button doesn’t even work. It still shows up all the time.
